Eligible Entrants

Entry is only open to pharmacies within Australia that are invited by the Promoter to participate in this Promotion (each an “Eligible Store”).

Eligible Stores must:

• Remain within the Promoter’s trading terms throughout the Promotional Period

• Have no overdue monies owing

No employee/person is eligible to win a prize if their store does not meet these requirements.

Only an authorised representative aged 18 years or over of a business may enter on behalf of the business.

How to Enter

During the Promotional Period, entrants must:

1. Take a photo of their store displaying iNova products (“Photo”).

2. Visit www.inovaiwin.com and follow the prompts to the Promotion entry page.

3. Complete and submit the online entry form including:

   • First name

   • Last name

   • Email address

   • Mobile number

   • Pharmacy details

4. Confirm permission from the Pharmacy Owner or Retail Manager.

5. Upload the Photo.

Photo requirements:

• Must be JPG format

• Maximum file size 16MB

• Only one photo upload per eligible pharmacy

A new form must be completed for every entry.

Entries Permitted

Entrants may enter multiple times, provided each entry:

• Is submitted separately

• Includes a substantially different photo

Challenge Zone

• There are 3 Challenge Zone games per month

• Entrants may enter each game once

• Each game has its own draw

• 5 winners per game

• Maximum 15 winners per month

Entrants may win:

• Maximum 1 prize per Monthly Draw

• Maximum 1 Judging Prize per pharmacy

The draw prize limit does not apply to SA residents.

Judging is conducted by representatives of the Promoter.

Entries are judged based on creative merit of the submitted photo.

Judges’ decisions are final and binding.

If multiple owners dispute the entrant identity, the Promoter decides the recipient.

The Promoter may:

• Assign prize to next best entry

• Conduct additional judging

• Withdraw the prize

General Conditions

1. Entry constitutes acceptance of these Conditions.

2. Entries are deemed received when received by the Promoter.

3. Valid entries must be submitted within the Promotional Period.

4. Employees and immediate family members of organisations associated with the Promotion are not eligible.

5. The Promoter will attempt to contact all winners.

6. Unclaimed prizes may be forfeited.

7. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash unless stated.

8. Substitute prizes of equal or greater value may be provided if unavailable.

9. Entry is free, excluding internet access costs.

10. The prize is awarded to the named entrant only.

11. Personal information is collected for Promotion administration and marketing.

12. The Promoter may publish the winning store name and postcode.

13. Winners may be required to sign a legal release.

14. Third-party prize supplier terms apply where relevant.

15. Statutory consumer rights are not affected.

16. The Promoter may cancel, modify, or suspend the Promotion due to technical issues or other causes beyond its control.

17. Entries may be validated and checked for authenticity.

18. Offensive, illegal, or infringing entries are invalid.

19. Photos must not violate laws or intellectual property rights.

20. Entrants grant the Promoter a perpetual worldwide licence to use submitted material for promotional purposes.

21. The Promoter may disqualify entries that breach these Conditions.

22. The Promoter is not liable for losses related to the Promotion except where required by law.

23. Winners may be required to participate in promotional activities.

24. Tax implications are the responsibility of the entrant.

25. Failure to enforce rights does not constitute waiver.
